Reporting a bug

The fastest fix comes from the most detail. Where possible, include:

• What you were doing right before it happened
• Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
• Whether it happens every time or just once

Deleting your WatchDraft account

To delete your account, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account in the WatchDraft app — it's immediate and doesn't require contacting us first.

This permanently deletes your WatchDraft profile, friends & family connections, and shared watchlists. Your TMDB account is not affected — WatchDraft signs you out of TMDB but does not delete or modify your underlying TMDB account or its data; that's a separate action you can take directly with TMDB.

Deleting specific data

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove individual pieces of data from WatchDraft. In the app you can, at any time:

• Remove a title from your favourites or watchlist
• Delete a rating you've given a movie or show
• Delete a custom list, or remove titles from one
• Unhide a title you'd previously marked as not interested

Each of these is immediate and removes that data from your account without affecting anything else. For anything not covered by an in-app control, email support@watchdraft.com and we'll action the request.
